The 8’x10’ storage is the size of a large walk in closet or small bedroom. The 8’x12’ is approximately the size of a small bedroom. The 8’x20’ will hold approximately the contents of a 1-bedroom apartment. 8’x28’ and 8’x30’ will hold approximately the contents of a 3-bedroom family home. The 8’x40’ will hold approximately the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home and garage items.

Per the lease agreement all vehicles, trailers must be in working order and must be registered to the person renting the storage space.

You will need to purchase insurance to cover your belongings. If your homeowner or renters insurance does not cover stored items, we are happy to provide a referral. We recommend our customers contact their existing insurance company first because many offer discounts to existing customers.

Pioneer Self Storage LLC offers secure reinforced steel storage units. The property is surrounded with fencing and barbed wire. Additionally, we have electronic security measures and set hours of operation.

You can pay your bill with cash, check or debit card. We reserve the right to request payment via certified check or credit/debit card.

You cannot store live animals, perishable goods or illegal property / substances or items with a noxious odor in the storage space. Also prohibited are explosive, ammunition, used oil, dangerous chemicals or corrosive materials. If you have any questions about storage rules for specific items please just ask us.
